I wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation to Cocoa Beach. This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. Your condo is so beautiful. You decorated so nicely. Your balcony is breath taking just as you said. The view is much more than I could have ever expected. I loved sitting out in the early morning with my coffee watching the sun rise and in the evening with the cool breezes. The weather was spectacular! After our long winter in New England, this was such a treat to us. We realize now that we are very deprived of beautiful weather in New England. We are lucky to get 3 days of good weather in a row, and at Cocoa Beach, we had 10 days of perfect weather. The Sandcastles facility is spotless. The pool and jacuzzi was so nice and refreshing. The beach is so clean (no jellyfish, thank god) and the ocean water was so warm. We visited the Kennedy Space Center (loved it), Universal Studios, took an airboat ride at Midway in Christmas, FL to gator country, took a ride on the Blue Dolphin boat to view dolphins and manatees (we saw many and got such good pictures), visited the Brevard Zoo (this zoo was fantastic, don't have any in our area like this one). We had great meals at Fishlips, Millikens, Rustys, Grills, Yen Yen, and Coconuts on the Beach. I could go on and on.
Thank you for stocking your condo with all the necessities. We all felt right at home. Cocoa Beach is definitely on our vacation list to visit again. We hope to be back soon.

Jill's Unit 611 at Sandcastles is fab! The pictures you see is what you get. Location is close to everything. We return each year to this little bit of heaven! It is so comfortable and if there is ever anything you need, Jill will see to it! We work all year long to be able to return to relax at this wonderful place, especially to escape the snow up north. We have recommended it to others. The 43' balcony is wonderful.

I spent the week in unit 611 with my elderly mother (70), elderly aunt(75), 8 year old twins and my sister-in-law. It was absolutely perfect for all of the age ranges in our party. Not only are the accommodations extraordinary, but the location is perfect. There couldn't be a more beautiful, safer, luxurious condo in Cocoa Beach. I hope to stay in Unit 611 next summer and highly recommend this unit for any occasion. Jill was fabulous to work with and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

This condo was absolutely the best! we stayed november 18-23. jill was great to work with and very pleasant. the condo had everything we needed and then some. spectacular views from the huge balcony was so relaxing. the unit is also very quiet and private! thanks again for a great stay at a great place.

Jills condo 611 is a beautiful and clean unit.I along with my wife,2 adult children,son in law and 2 grandchildren stayed in this unit from June 13,2009 through June 19,2009 everyone of us really enjoyed the stay.The kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach.We will be staying in this unit again.Thanks again Jill,I will be talking to you soon. We stayed the week of 6/20/2009. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The view from was as advertised, wonderful. The condo is much bigger than other units at Sandcastle as most are only 2/2, and the other units all have smaller balconies that look only one direction down the beach. We had three children with us 8,10, and 16. We had plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. I would rent this unit again. David

Jill's condo is absolutely beautiful. I have stayed in many condominiums but none compare! The color scheme and decorations are awesome! My husband and I, along with our girls from Pennsylvania (who were on spring break), stayed at Jill's condo the first week of March; we had a wonderful vacation. Our favorite time was eating breakfast every morning on the deck watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean. The girls enjoyed the beach, while we enjoyed relaxing on the deck (plus a little beach time). The condo was clean, bright, and roomy; all we had to do was stock it with food. Our family of 5 stayed in unit 611 at Sandcastles for 7 days. This was our first time staying in Cocoa Beach. We loved the accomodations. The condo is very spacious and clean. We felt very much at home. Our 3 children even seemed to be right at home. This was the second time our family chose a vacation rental, and we were very pleased with the value. Thank you Jill!! Our family has vacationed at Cocoa Beach on numerous occasions. This is the first time that we were not disappointed with the accommdations.
We stayed in Jill's unit 611 and really had an enjoyable vacation. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation to Cocoa Beach. There is no need to look for another place.

Our family just returned from a wonderful week at your beautiful condo. We have stayed at several diffrent ocean front facilities but have never stayed in one that felt so at home. In November of 2006, We stayed at Jills Sandcastle Condo on the 6th Floor. What a great place. The decor was beautiful and very clean and spacious. We also had some of my inlaws stay with us from NJ who also thought it was truly gorgeous. Great location, great waves, we spent alot of time out on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Our family has spent a week in Cocoa Beach for the last four years. This was by far the most enjoyable of the four years and the incredible accomodations had much to do with adding to our enjoyment. The beach access, great swimming pool and hot tub, incredible wrap-around balcony, awesome kitchen and fantastic living space make this the perfect vacation condo! All the extras that you provide, from towels, beach items and laundry detergent to shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls and Q-tips in the bathrooms, make the stay even more special and complete. We have stayed in many condos in Florida over the years and this was by far the best. Instead of being greeted by notes from owners regarding what we could NOT use, could NOT touch, or could NOT do, Ms. Bavetta greeted us with a box of chocolates and a welcome note. We felt as if we were "coming home" and that smeone really cared about us. The breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from the wrap around balcony and master bedroom was awsome. We enjoyed the many amenities including terry robes for all, complimentary shampoos and conditioners, plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels, a game table with cards and several fun games, gourmet coffee as well as complimentary detergents for both the dishwasher and chothes washer. The kitchen had every conceivable utinsel we could have asked for. All the appliances worked perfectly so our only job was to relax and enjoy the luxurious vacation home. We are grateful to Jill Bavetta for this beautiful condo and for helping to make our vacation perfect. We will have many beautiful memories of this fabulous place.Mary Lu Anderson, Madison, WI
