We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. The accomodations where excellent, very modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to have everything there to use for the beach. That is our favorite part of Florida. We were there for a family wedding and all of the other family members wished they had stayed somewhere as nice as we had. This was an excellent location for all our outings. We played golf, rode go carts, went to Kennedy Space Center, went to Downtown Disney and ate at several nice places without much travel time. Jill was great, she worked with us on odd dates due to the wedding and everything was explaned and handled perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area. Our Family had the pleasure (& wisdom!) of selecting Jill's condo for our vacation in August 08. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home. Every amenity is there and waiting for you...you literally have to unpack and relax. The grounds are well maintained and there is always staff around should a problem arise. One evening we got home at ~1 am and were greeted by a staff member driving around. The beach is one of the best...large and clean. We have stayed on both the gulf and various ocean coasts, and this is truly among the best. We will certainly be staying again at Jill's lovely home. Thank you, Jill!

Jill, the owner of this rental, is absolutely fantastic. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to stay at the unit. Nonetheless, our experience with Jill has been terrific. She promptly sent our refund (without even being asked) & has responded to every phone call & e-mail we've sent. She's pleasant, knowledgeable, & very professional. This is clearly a top-notch business! My only complaint is that we didn't get to actually have the pleasure of vacationing in one of her condos! We will definitely reserve one of her places before anywhere else on our next vacation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cocoa Beach and especially the condo. We have spent many vacations in condos and felt this one was the best! We just returned from our recent stay in Sandcastles #715, and can't thank Jill enough for providing such a beautiful place to relax. We were so sick of winter here in Iowa City and just needed a place to escape with family. We have 2 teenage daughters and an 8 year old son, and all three felt right at home in Jill's condo. We all ventured out for a day at Disney World, and my son and husband took in a partial day at the Space Center. My oldest daughter and husband had great fun one evening at a baseball game, and the girls and I enjoyed nearby shopping. Jill's condo allowed us plenty of time to enjoy each other but plenty of space to escape from each other, too, as needed. The only thing I can think of that would have been better than this would be Jill's ocean front condo! Thanks again, Jill, for providing us everything we needed!

We stayed in unit#715 with out 2 grandchildren, twins. Everyone was comfortable with the accomendations. There was plenty of room and we loved the decorations. Jill was available to answer any questions. We would definitely return for a summer vacation.

I had the opportunity to stay in Jill's Unit 715 during a business trip and I would like to share with anyone who reads this that Jill's attention to detail and exquisite decorating style is a must see! Not only did she help me to feel welcome and comfortable, but she was also available to me 24/7 if I had any questions. The Unit is very large and felt like home with all of the little perks that Jill includes in the Unit from a fully functional kitchen to lotions, shower gels, and clean, white Terry Cloth Bathrobes. Lounging on the balcony, eating a Bagel, sipping on my freshly-brewed coffee, and watching the breath taking sunrise was the perfect start for a perfect business day! Thank you so much Jill and I look forward to returning to Cocoa Beach this summer for our vacation and staying in your 3 bedroom unit with my family.
